About the Opportunity
- Collaborate with Moat's sales and integrations teams to ensure a well designed and supported pre-sales and onboarding experience for new clients and partners.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of successful account onboardings as the point person in client discussions by email, over the phone, and in person.
- Become a power user of Moat’s platform and products and conduct complex analyses.
- Become an expert on Moat's strengths and capabilities providing technical and consultative support to our prospective client base on a daily basis.
- BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school.
- Deep hands-on experience with ad trafficking systems and the ad serving pipeline.
- Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Positive outlook.
- Experience with project management in the digital space in a plus.
